Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00.
Japanese law requires us to collect each guest’s full name, nationality, passport number, address, and occupation.
If paid by credit card, the same card must be shown at check-in.
Yes, we will be offering you a self check-in (complimentary pick up service will not be available), but you can check-in to our properties at anytime.
Please let us know if you are arriving after our operating hours (after 20:00pm).
※For check-out too, if you are departing before our operating hours (before 8:00am), please let us know.
Please enquire for early check-ins. We may be able to offer you to check-in early afternoon free of charge. For check-ins before noon, there is a charge of 5,000 yen, however it may not be available according to the booking situation.
We offer complementary pick up service from the Hakuba Train Station or the Happo Bus Terminal.
If you are arriving independently you will be greated at the property by one of our friendly staff to assist you with check-in, entry and house rules.
Yes, we offer free WiFi at all our properties. Please refer to the house manual at the house for the password.
All properties are strictly non-smoking indoors.
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use is prohibited inside all buildings.
Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund and additional cleaning charges.
A smoking violation may result in a fee equivalent to the average nightly rate of your stay, or more, depending on impact.
We offer a towel set each (1 bath towel and 1 face towel) for the number of guests that can stay at the property.(For stays of less than 8 nights, we do not change towels, so please use the washing machine and detergents provided at the house. For stays of 8 nights or more, we offer a mid-cleaning service to change the towels and linens).
※If you need extra towels, please enquire with staff.
We offer the following amenities to our guests… shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, tissue paper, dish washing liquid (dishwasher powder for properties with a dish washer), kitchen paper, plastic wrap, coffee filter or pods, kitchen towels, kitchen sponge, and garbage bags.
※Please note that tooth brushes are not provided. Items such as oil and seasonings are generally provided.
Yes, we offer baby beds (small futon) and high chairs (portable folded type ones) free of charge on availability. Please note that no linens and beddings are provided on the baby beds, and we need to ask you to bring your own. Also we only have several of each available, so if needed, please let us know as soon as you can.
We come and collect your garbage regularly during your stay (please put the tied off bin liners in the container outside for our staff to collect during the day), however cleaning service is not offered. We ask our guest to use the vacuum provided at the house. Also for stays of less than 8 nights, we do not change towels and linens, so please use the washing machine and detergents provided at the house. For stays of 8 nights or more, we offer a mid-cleaning service to change the towels and linens and to refill the amenities.
There is 1 car parking space available for each booking. If you are in need of more parking please let us know.
In winter, there is a bus stop for the free ski shuttles in walking distance to get to ski resorts, and you also have easy access to the restaurants, bars and cafes in Hakuba Goryu. However, it is very useful to have a car to assist your ability to get to the other ski resorts, shops etc if required.
In addition, we offer pick up and drop off service from and to the train station/bus terminal in Hakuba at check-in/out, as well as rides to the supermarkets for grocery shopping during your stay (this is an on demand service that you can book from the day before you want to go), so it is possible to get around in Hakuba without a car.
Taxis are also available in Hakuba
However in summer, since there are no shuttles, we strongly recommend you to have a car for your stay.
Pets are not allowed at this time.
It is only available during the green season (April 1st – Nov 30th), but our properties have a garden set and a barbeque grill. If you just need the BBQ grill, by cleaning it to its original state after use, you are free to use the BBQ grill set at the property. There are add-on options including cleaning, charcoal, a net etc, so please add the options in the comments section of your booking, or contact us via email to arrange.
You can enjoy hand held fire works that does not make big noises on the premises of the property. Please refrain from doing fire works on grass, and make sure to have a bucket with water ready for safety reasons.
※Enjoying fire works after 9pm and also doing fire works that make big noises like the rocket fire works is prohibited by regulations of the Hakuba village and the agreements with the neighbours of our properties.

We offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to get to the supermarkets for guests without a car.
– Please note that this service is an on demand service offered between 15:00-20:00pm everyday. You can book from the day before you want to go. Please enquire with staff.
* Please understand that this service will only be available when our staff and cars are available from other work. Please be flexible.
– We can stay with you for max. 30 mins. If you need more time, we will drop you off, and please call us when you need pick-up.
Also there are many convenience stores located around Hakuba such as 7-Eleven or Lawsons
We do not provide any meals at the property. Please purchase your own food (For guests without cars, please use our complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to get to the supermarkets – this is an on demand service offered between 15:00-20:00pm everyday. You can book from the day before you want to go) . All kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery are provided. The kitchen at our properties are fully equipped for you to enjoy cooking with your family and friends.
There are also many fantastic resaurants and cafes to enjoy. We suggest making bookings well ahead of time to ensure you wont miss out on availability. Please ask our staff for help if necessary.
Yes, please send them to the property. Please advise our staff in advance if you are sending your luggage and we will ensure someone is there to receive them.
Also, you can send your luggage from the property either by using the Yamato Transport’s pickup service or by taking them to the Yamato Transport’s office in Hakuba. If you do not have a car, we can offer you a ride to the office, but it needs to be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot send your luggage on your behalf to your next location.
※Please note that the Yamato’s office only takes payments in cash. Also you will be required to buy a plastic cover for your bags (not required for suit cases).
