Reservation And Payment

Please select “Villas and Cottages for Rent” from the menu. On this page , you can search for villas based on your budget, number of guests, and location, but if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

For all reservations, please settle your payment before your stay using the following method and schedule.

[For reservations during the winter season (December 1st to March 31st)]
Payment methods are credit card or bank transfer. Please select your preferred payment method on the reservation page. Payment
schedule for accommodation fees:
50% of the total amount is to be paid as a deposit at the time of reservation, and the remaining balance is to be paid 30 days before the arrival date.

[Reservations outside of the winter season (April 1st – November 30th)]
Payment must be made by credit card.
Payment schedule for accommodation fees:
Please register your credit card information when making a reservation. The full amount of the accommodation fee will be charged to the registered card 10 days prior to the arrival date. (If the arrival date is within 14 days, the charge will be made within a few days of the reservation.)

[Winter reservations (December 1st to March 31st)]
Full refunds (excluding booking fees) up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival. No refunds thereafter.

[Regarding reservations outside of the winter season (April 1st – November 30th)]
If you cancel between 10 days prior to the reservation and the day of the reservation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.

If any damage occurs to the villa during your stay, we will charge you for the repair costs. Please report any accidents that occur. Please also note that we ask you to present your credit card at check-in and obtain prior authorization for any charges to your card.

In winter (December 1st to March 31st), we accept reservations with a minimum of 3 nights. In other periods, reservations with a minimum of 2 nights are accepted.
*Except Casa Verde: Reservations are accepted from 5 nights in winter and 3 nights in other periods.

Depending on the villa, an extra futon (5,500 yen per night) can be added.

During the winter season (December 1st to March 31st), we offer a 20% discount on the accommodation fee for stays of 14 nights or more. During other periods, we offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more. Unfortunately, we do not offer this during the winter season, but during other periods, we offer special rates for stays of one month or more, so please contact us.
